Lewis joined Dowgate Wealth in August 2020. Originally from London, he signed a two-year scholarship with a Football League club before starting his career in the city with tenures at Newton Investment Management and Standard Life Wealth. Lewis joined Mark Chadwick and the team as an Investment Manager’s Assistant at Hargreave Hale in 2015, where he quickly progressed to an Account Executive supporting the desk with administering £750m of client assets and working on bespoke private client portfolios. He has experience in dealing for individuals, companies, trusts, pension funds and listed corporate & employee share option/share dealing plans. In 2018, shortly after the acquisition of Hargreave Hale, Lewis achieved his Level 6 CISI Private Client Investment Advice & Management qualification and became a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments, the leading professional body for securities, investment, wealth and financial planning.
Lewis enjoys exploring new investment ideas, principally across the UK small and mid-cap markets and providing excellent service to our clients to help grow their wealth, achieve their investment objectives and beyond. Lewis brings an energetic, enthusiastic and honest approach to Dowgate Wealth as part of an entrepreneurial and ambitious team, this will enable him to develop further and build on his experience.
In addition to his duties as an Account Executive, Lewis is a big football fan, enjoys travelling, learning new languages and spending time with family and friends. Lewis is also a passionate volunteer for The Felix Project, a charity in Central London supporting vulnerable people and focusing on reducing food waste.
